As a human being, I have a desire to be happy and healthy and joyous, with as little pain as possible in my mind, body and spirit. As a grandma, mother, wife, daughter, immigrant, citizen, musician, healer and friend I know how wonderful life can be – and at the same time, how hard and sometimes even unbearable it can be.

I realize that this world is an uncertain and chaotic place, and yet it is full of harmony and beauty.

Being a student for most of my life and studying with wonderful teachers and healers and musicians and humans opened up beautiful teachings and practices for me. I co-founded the Center for Illumination in order to share what I’ve experienced with everyone who is interested in learning how to create healthier relationships within ourselves and with others, perhaps to find a bit more peace and joy.
